Aubrey's Exercises

I know, three posts in one day, but we just had so much fun around the house this morning and so many photo opportunities. Aubrey got out my Pilates band and was exercising . She even had me turn on the video and was really trying to do what the lady was doing. It was HILARIOUS! Derek even said, quick get the camera and take a picture. She may be sore tomorrow, because she did this for a good 15 minutes. I wonder if there is a little kid exercise video out there. I remember doing Mousercise on the Dinsey channel when I was a kid, but I think I was a little older. JoAnn Jones will be so proud of my little work out girl in the making!

A dress is probably not the best outfit to work out in!
