Ethan had a school festival as a fund raiser last weekend. Each class had a game they were in charge of and all the money (tickets) it received, the class was able to keep. On Thursday, Ethan's teacher told me that the bean bag toss game a parent had, fell through. So, Derek in his genius created these! The best part is they raised $97 for his class. Ethan at the basketball shoot Aubrey getting her nails done. She started out with glitter jewels on them, but they fell off during the festival. What a face! She does not look too happy on the hay ride. She was very tired for some reason, so she was not able to enjoy the festival as much as she could have. Ethan got his hair sprayed blue. This was a very popular station. Painting a pumpkin This was really cool. It was like Plinko on Price Is Right. I had to talk Ethan into doing it at first and then he really liked it and did it several more times. Trying to do an apple relay where they hold the apple under their chin. I am assisting with the change over. Ethan's class got to throw water balloons at Mr. Menard for coming in 3rd for the cookie dough fund raiser. Ethan got a couple of really good shots at him. Of course he loved it! It was so hot on Saturday were were melting! I am so ready for this heat to be gone and actually feel a little like fall. We were teased with a glimpse of it, but now we are back in the high 80's to low 90's and it looks like it is staying for awhile- yuck!
