We celebrated Derek's 38th birthday today. I made him his favorite red velvet cake, but it turned out really ugly. At least it still tasted good. We got him a keytar, but it was not full keys so he would not really be able to use it much on stage. We decided to resell it on Ebay and buy him a new suit instead.
