The kids really enjoy looking at the gingerbread house display at the mall in Daytona, so Monday night we took our annual trip to look at them. Some of them are really amazing and the kids would really like to submit an entry when they get a little older. If you remember my post from a couple of days ago, Aubrey has a really cute gingerbread girl outfit. Of course, I had planned for her to wear it to go see the houses. You can see that she is not wearing it however. Derek teaches a piano lesson to the daughter of the owners of our local Bruster's ice cream. They brought some ice cream for us as our Christmas present, so of course we had to have some. Aubrey got chocolate all over her outfit and I did not have time to wash it- so much for coordinating outfits this time! They also rode the train that was in the mall to round out our evening of fun.
