I made this cake for the church staff as a Christmas present. They have enjoyed my chocolate cake in the past so Derek asked if I could make an Andes Mint version of it. I tinted the whipped cream slightly green and used Andes mint pieces instead of Oreo's. I have my final weigh in at WW on Thursday where I should make my Lifetime Weight again, so I did not have any. If there is any left on Thursday I will definitely have a piece!
We had our small group from church over on Sunday night and we had them playing Rock Band.
