Derek saw these at Target while I was out of town and asked me if I could make them. These were the second attempt because I did not make enough icing the first time and the hamburger patty was not thick enough. I took some into church today as a treat for the staff. I also saved some for friends we are having over for dinner tonight. Too bad I am having baked spaghetti instead of burgers. These were fun and I am sure I will make them again!
