We enjoy watching Dinner Impossible on the Food Network. Recently one of the episodes had chicken nuggets as one of the items he had to use. Chef Robert made mini chicken parmesan and we thought that was really creative. We always have chicken nuggets in the house because Aubrey loves them, so tonight I gave it a try. They were surprisingly good and we decided they would make a great appetizer. Mini Chicken Parmesan
