Friday we had the festival at Ethan's school. He got his hair colored.

There were also games to play. Derek and I had to go to a dinner for church, so we left the kids with our friends at the festival. It was a secure environment and they knew were to find our friends at the Taco Stand, so Ethan was in charge of Aubrey. It was their first chance at some freedom and they loved it. I had a few other eyes on them of other friends and all the reports were great! They enjoyed having some money to spend and do whatever they wanted with it. The surprising part was that they had some money left over.
Saturday there was another small festival and the highlight was the Fire Helicopter. We had never seen one of these up close before either and it was very interesting.
